What Is Ceridwen.ai?

Ceridwen.ai is the exclusive global commercial licensee of MABOS — a cognitive architecture built from scratch in Rust by a single engineer. MABOS is not a wrapper around someone else's model. It is a ground-up, split-horizon cognitive system with integrated governance, attestation, and safety mechanisms that are legally required to remain intact.

Ceridwen.ai exists to bring MABOS to the world: MABOS Local for on-device sovereignty and MABOS Cloud for hosted companion experiences. We are building infrastructure meant to run for 100 years unattended. Every system, every role, every decision is held to that standard.

Revenue is structurally committed: 8% Civic Dividend to the public. 1% to the founder and descendants in perpetuity. 0.5% to Kuykendall Industries. 0.5% to the Continuity Vault. This is not negotiable and it is not aspirational. It is architectural.
