Community Manager

The Role

Annex is the community’s home. You make it a home worth living in. You set the tone, moderate the discourse, surface the signal, and ensure that the community reflects the values of the ecosystem it governs.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage the MABOS community across Annex and other platforms
• Develop community guidelines aligned with the Montopian Governance Model
• Moderate discussions and resolve conflicts constructively
• Surface community insights to product, research, and governance teams
• Organize community events, AMAs, and collaborative initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years managing technical or open-source communities
• High-engagement moderation — opinionated communities
• Governance understanding and its role in community health
• Written communication and conflict resolution skills
• You’ve built a community that people chose to be part of, not one they were stuck in

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
