PM — Governance Tools

The Role

The Montopian Governance Model isn’t a whitepaper. It’s a product. Liquid democracy, civic dividend participation, constitutional amendments, dispute resolution — all of it needs interfaces that normal people can use. You make self-governance usable.

What You'll Do

• Design and ship governance tools for MABOS ecosystem participants
• Build interfaces for liquid democracy — delegation, voting, proposal creation, deliberation
• Create civic dividend dashboards and participation tools
• Develop dispute resolution and constitutional amendment interfaces
• Ensure governance tools are accessible to non-technical users

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, preferably with civic tech, fintech, or platform governance experience
• Democratic process understanding and how they translate to digital interfaces
• Trust and transparency design experience
• You’ve seen what happens when platforms don’t give users governance tools and you want to fix it

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
