VP of Infrastructure

The Role

You own everything that keeps MABOS running — locally for users, in the cloud for subscribers, and internally for the team. Uptime is your religion. Scalability is your craft. You build the foundation that every other team stands on.

What You'll Do

• Architect and operate the infrastructure for MABOS Cloud — the SaaS companion platform
• Define and enforce infrastructure standards for reliability, security, and performance
• Build deployment pipelines for MABOS Local that work across diverse consumer hardware
• Scale infrastructure to support millions of concurrent cognitive sessions
• Manage infrastructure budget with the understanding that efficiency is a feature

Requirements

• 10+ years in infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 in leadership
• Scale experience. Millions of users, not thousands
• GPU compute expertise. Distributed systems and edge deployment
• You have been paged at 3am and you handled it correctly
• You’ve built infrastructure that outlasted your tenure at the company

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
