VP of Product

The Role

You translate the founder’s vision into product roadmaps that ship. You own the companion experience across MABOS Local, MABOS Cloud, MABOS-MINI, Annex integration, and governance tools. You are the bridge between architecture and experience.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for all Ceridwen.ai products
• Own the companion experience — what it feels like to talk to MABOS every day
• Prioritize across MABOS Local, MABOS Cloud, MABOS-MINI, Annex, and governance tools
• Define success metrics that reflect user wellbeing, not just engagement
• Collaborate with research, engineering, and governance teams to ship coherent products

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 leading product teams
• AI product experience. Shipping AI/ML products to millions of users
• Product intuition. You know the difference between a feature and an experience
• Privacy-first design understanding
• You’ve killed a feature that had great metrics because it was wrong for users. Tell us about it

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
