Network Engineer

The Role

Annex is a decentralized communication platform with zero-knowledge identity. MABOS Cloud serves persistent cognitive sessions to subscribers worldwide. The network layer is not an afterthought — it’s a core component that must be fast, private, and resilient.

What You'll Do

• Design and operate the network infrastructure for MABOS Cloud and Annex
• Implement zero-knowledge networking protocols for Annex communication
• Optimize latency for real-time cognitive sessions across global infrastructure
• Build DDoS mitigation and network security systems
• Scale network capacity for millions of concurrent users

Requirements

• 7+ years in network engineering at scale
• Protocol expertise. Network protocols, routing, and distributed networking
• Privacy-preserving architectures. Experience with private or decentralized networking
• P2P understanding. Peer-to-peer and decentralized networking models
• You can explain BGP to a stranger and make it interesting

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
