The Role

The moment MABOS crosses borders, every country has different rules about AI, currency, governance, data privacy, and human rights. You ensure Ceridwen.ai can operate globally without compromising its architectural principles or legal commitments.

What You'll Do

• Advise on international expansion strategy and legal requirements
• Navigate cross-border data, AI, and financial regulations
• Structure international operations to maintain license integrity and civic dividend compliance
• Manage international legal partnerships and local counsel relationships
• Ensure the Montopian Governance Model is compatible with local legal frameworks

Requirements

• JD or equivalent international legal qualification, 10+ years in international law
• Cross-border technology operations experience
• Multi-jurisdictional regulatory expertise
• International human rights frameworks and their intersection with AI governance
• Working proficiency in multiple legal systems

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
