The Role

You hire, onboard, and retain the kind of people who build civilizational infrastructure. This is not an HR role in the traditional sense. We don’t need someone who manages benefits enrollment. We need someone who can identify, attract, and retain elite talent that thrives in a high-intensity, mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build the hiring pipeline for all Ceridwen.ai roles
  • Design onboarding processes that get people productive at the founder’s pace
  • Develop a culture framework that attracts builders and repels passengers
  • Manage compensation, equity, and benefits programs
  • Ensure the organization scales without losing its identity

Requirements

  • 7+ years in talent acquisition and people operations at technology companies
  • Research and engineering hiring. Scientists, engineers, and unconventional talent
  • Team building. Track record of building high-performance teams from scratch
  • Culture as a system, not a poster
  • You’ve hired someone who didn’t look right on paper and they became one of the best people in the building

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.

The Builder Clause

We don't care where you went to school. We don't care if you went to school. Our founder is self-taught, started coding at 13, and built a 602,000-line cognitive architecture without a CS degree.
