Red Team / Penetration Tester

The Role

Your job is to break everything before someone else does. MABOS Local, MABOS Cloud, Annex, governance systems, MCR, attestation — all of it is your target. You are adversarial by profession and constructive by intent.

What You'll Do

• Conduct continuous penetration testing across all Ceridwen.ai systems
• Develop novel attack vectors specific to cognitive architectures and AI companions
• Test adversarial robustness of MABOS cognitive systems
• Attempt to circumvent safety mechanisms, attestation systems, and governance controls
• Document findings with clear reproduction steps and remediation recommendations

Requirements

• 5+ years in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security
• AI/ML testing experience. Not just traditional web/network targets
• Creative adversarial thinking — you find the attacks that aren’t in the playbook
• Strong written communication — your reports must be actionable
• You have broken something important and the people who built it thanked you for it

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
