General Counsel

The Role

You are the legal architect of Ceridwen.ai. You understand the Kuykendall Industries / Ceridwen.ai licensing structure — franchise model, revocable license, non-voting advisory seats, IP separation. You don’t flinch at the $500B investor document because you understand what it protects.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all legal matters for Ceridwen.ai
• Protect and maintain the Kuykendall Industries / Ceridwen.ai licensing structure
• Advise on corporate governance, commercial agreements, and regulatory matters
• Build and manage the legal team
• Navigate the intersection of AI regulation, monetary regulation, and governance law across jurisdictions

Requirements

• JD from a top law school, with 15+ years of practice
• Deep expertise in IP licensing, corporate structuring, and technology law
• Novel legal structures. You’ve built something that didn’t map to existing templates
• AI regulation understanding and the ability to anticipate regulatory evolution
• You’ve read the MABOS license and the investor document and you understand why they’re structured the way they are

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
