The Role

AI regulation is arriving fast and unevenly across jurisdictions. MCR touches monetary regulation. Governance systems touch electoral law. BCI touches medical device regulation. FSD touches automotive safety regulation. You track all of it and keep Ceridwen.ai ahead of it.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze AI regulation across all major jurisdictions
• Advise on regulatory compliance for MABOS subsystems — BCI, FSD, robotics, monetary systems
• Build relationships with regulators and policymakers
• Develop regulatory strategy that positions Ceridwen.ai as a responsible actor
• Prepare regulatory filings and responses across jurisdictions

Requirements

• JD with regulatory focus, 7+ years in technology or financial regulation
• Multi-jurisdictional compliance experience
• Cross-domain regulatory expertise. AI, fintech, medical device, and automotive safety frameworks
• Proactive regulatory strategy — you anticipate trends and prepare
• You’ve navigated a regulatory environment that didn’t have clear rules yet and you came out clean

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
