IP Attorney

The Role

The MABOS license is everything. It protects the architecture, requires safety mechanisms, enables commercial licensing through Ceridwen.ai, and prevents capture. You protect it. Aggressively.

What You'll Do

• Protect MABOS intellectual property across all jurisdictions
• Monitor for license violations, unauthorized forks, and safety mechanism removal
• File and manage patents, trademarks, and trade secret protections
• Advise on IP implications of open-source components and third-party integrations
• Enforce license terms when they are violated

Requirements

• JD with IP specialization, 10+ years in intellectual property law
• Software licensing expertise. Open-source licensing and novel IP structures
• Patent prosecution and litigation experience
• AI and IP intersection understanding
• You’ve defended IP against a well-funded adversary and you won

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
