Civic Dividend Administrator

The Role

8% of Ceridwen.ai revenue goes to the public through the Civic Dividend. This is not a donation. It is a structural commitment built into the commercial license. You make it work — transparently, reliably, and at scale. This role is part economist, part accountant, part systems designer.

What You'll Do

• Design and operate the Civic Dividend distribution system
• Build transparency reporting that allows public verification of dividend calculations and disbursements
• Develop eligibility frameworks and distribution mechanisms aligned with the Montopian Governance Model
• Interface with financial regulators on dividend compliance
• Scale distribution systems as Ceridwen.ai revenue grows

Requirements

• Background in economics, public finance, cooperative management, or social enterprise
• Distribution experience. Administering public funds, dividends, or cooperative distributions
• Strong quantitative skills — you will be publicly accountable for every dollar
• Multi-jurisdictional financial regulations understanding
• You believe that economic transparency is a feature, not a liability

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
