Chief Information Security Officer

The Role

You own the security posture of everything Ceridwen.ai touches. Local deployments, cloud infrastructure, Annex communication, governance systems, MCR transactions, and the attestation framework. You build a security culture, not just a security team.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the security strategy across all Ceridwen.ai products and infrastructure
• Build and lead the security team
• Establish security standards that meet government-grade requirements
• Oversee incident response, threat modeling, and security operations
• Interface with regulators and auditors on security compliance

Requirements

• 15+ years in information security, with at least 5 in leadership
• AI/ML security experience. Securing AI systems, cloud infrastructure, and consumer products simultaneously
• Threat modeling for novel system architectures
• Government or defense security clearance experience preferred
• You’ve responded to a real breach and the organization survived because of your decisions

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
