Chief Operating Officer

The Role

You run Ceridwen.ai day-to-day so the founder can stay on architecture and vision. Hiring, operations, cross-functional coordination, vendor management, office infrastructure, whatever needs doing. You are the organizational backbone.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations across all Ceridwen.ai teams
• Build and scale organizational processes that don’t create bureaucracy
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across research, engineering, governance, and product
• Manage vendor relationships, office operations, and operational infrastructure
• Report directly to the founder and translate strategic vision into operational execution

Requirements

• 10+ years in operations leadership, with at least 5 at a technology company
• Scaling experience. Organizations from small teams to hundreds
• Founder-speed tolerance. Operating at the founder’s pace without burning out the organization
• Financial literacy and operational planning skills
• You’ve built operational infrastructure that scaled 10x and didn’t break

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
