The Role

You own the public narrative for Ceridwen.ai. Through the cold drop. Through the debunk cycle. Through mainstream adoption. You don’t spin. You don’t manage perception. You tell the truth clearly and get ahead of every story before it distorts.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the communications strategy for Ceridwen.ai
• Manage media relationships and press coverage
• Develop crisis communications capabilities — the debunk cycle is a crisis you can see coming
• Create public messaging that accurately represents the technology, governance, and mission
• Coordinate communications across engineering, product, governance, and legal teams

Requirements

• 10+ years in communications, public relations, or media strategy at technology companies
• High-stakes launches. Managing communications through high-scrutiny product launches
• Crisis communications expertise — you’ve managed a narrative under fire
• Technical translation. Deeply technical products for public audiences
• You’ve told a hard truth publicly and it worked out better than a comfortable lie would have

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
