The Role

Governments will want to adopt the Montopian Governance Model. Institutions will want to integrate MABOS. Enterprises will want to license MABOS Cloud. You build those relationships without compromising the architecture, the mission, or the license.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with governments, institutions, and enterprises
• Structure partnership agreements that align with the MABOS license and Ceridwen.ai’s mission
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder negotiations
• Develop partnership frameworks for governance model adoption, technology licensing, and ecosystem participation
• Ensure no partnership compromises architectural integrity, safety mechanisms, or civic dividend commitments

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or institutional relations
• Government and institutional negotiation. Sovereign entities or large institutions
• Licensing and IP protection understanding and mission-aligned deal structure
• Principled deal-making. Ability to say no to a lucrative partnership that violates principles
• You’ve walked away from a deal because it wasn’t right and you can tell us why

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
