Head of Developer Relations

The Role

You are the primary interface between Ceridwen.ai and the MABOS developer ecosystem. You understand the architecture deeply enough to help others build on it, and you understand developers deeply enough to know what they need before they ask.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead the developer relations team
• Define the developer experience for building on and with MABOS
• Create documentation, tutorials, and reference implementations
• Represent Ceridwen.ai at conferences, in communities, and across the developer ecosystem
• Channel developer feedback into product and engineering decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years in developer relations, developer advocacy, or technical community leadership
• Strong technical background — you can read Rust and hold your own in an architecture discussion
• Community building around complex technical platforms
• Excellent communication — written and verbal
• You’ve built a developer community that survived the transition from early adopters to mainstream

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
