Technical Writer

The Role

You write documentation that people actually read. 870 markdown files already exist. You build on that foundation and extend it into public-facing documentation that serves developers, users, regulators, and the curious. Clear, precise, and human.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain public-facing documentation for all MABOS and Ceridwen.ai products
• Write developer documentation, API references, integration guides, and tutorials
• Develop user-facing documentation for the companion experience
• Translate governance and policy documents into accessible language
• Maintain documentation standards across 870+ existing markdown files and growing

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical writing for developer-facing or complex technical products
• Rust literacy. Ability to read Rust source code and translate it into human language
• API documentation experience. SDKs and complex system architectures
• Editorial judgment — you know when to explain and when to get out of the way
• Writing samples that demonstrate clarity under complexity

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
