Ethics & Compliance Engineer

The Role

You ensure that the MABOS license is being honored — not in spirit, but in code. Attestation systems function. Safety mechanisms are intact. Governance compliance is verifiable. You build the systems that prove we’re doing what we said we’d do.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain automated compliance verification systems for the MABOS license
• Monitor attestation integrity across all MABOS deployments — local and cloud
• Develop audit trails and transparency reporting for governance and safety mechanisms
• Implement compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with legal counsel on regulatory compliance across jurisdictions

Requirements

• 5+ years in compliance engineering, security auditing, or formal verification
• Automated compliance experience. Building audit systems, not just filling out checklists
• AI regulation awareness. US, EU, UK minimum
• Strong programming skills — compliance that can’t be automated can’t be trusted
• You believe compliance is an engineering discipline, not a paperwork exercise

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
