Ceridwen.ai

Chief Governance Officer

Full-Time  |  Remote (US)  |  Equity + Salary Upon Revenue

The Role

You own the implementation of the Montopian Governance Model within Ceridwen.ai and across the MABOS ecosystem. Liquid democracy, polycentric feedback, civic dividend distribution, constitutional compliance — all of it reports to you. You translate political philosophy into operational reality.

What You'll Do

  • Operationalize the Montopian Governance Model across all Ceridwen.ai products and systems
  • Design and implement liquid democracy mechanisms for ecosystem governance
  • Oversee Civic Dividend administration and transparency reporting
  • Interface with regulators, governments, and institutions on governance matters
  • Ensure all governance systems meet the same reliability standard as the technical architecture

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in political science, law, public policy, economics, or governance — or equivalent depth through demonstrated work
  • 10+ years in governance, policy, institutional design, or regulatory roles
  • Democratic systems experience. Designing or operating cooperative structures or public institutions
  • Mechanism design. Deep understanding of incentive structures
  • You have read the Montopian Governance Model and you have opinions about it. Real ones

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.

The Builder Clause

We don't care where you went to school. We don't care if you went to school. Our founder is self-taught, started coding at 13, and built a 602,000-line cognitive architecture without a CS degree.

Meet the qualifications, or show us what you've built. Either path works. Both paths demand excellence.
