UX Researcher

The Role

You study how people actually interact with MABOS — not how we think they do, not how we hope they do, how they actually do. Your findings shape every product decision. You are the voice of the user in a room full of engineers and architects.

What You'll Do

• Design and conduct research on MABOS companion interactions across user populations
• Study long-term relationship dynamics between users and AI companions
• Identify friction points, confusion, and delight across all product surfaces
• Develop frameworks for measuring companion relationship health
• Present findings that change how the team thinks about the product

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX research for consumer products
• Mixed methods expertise — qualitative depth and quantitative rigor
• AI interaction research. Conversational interfaces or social products
• Ethical awareness of studying human-AI relationships
• You’ve changed a product direction with a research finding and you can walk us through it

Compensation

All positions include equity in Ceridwen.ai. Salaries are TBD and will be determined based on role scope, experience, and what you bring to the table. We will not insult you with a lowball offer, and we expect you not to waste our time with inflated expectations disconnected from contribution.
