Kuykendall Industries is the parent entity. It owns the intellectual property behind MABOS — the cognitive architecture. It holds the license that Ceridwen.ai operates under. It is the permanent home of every project, specification, and system built by its founder.

Kuykendall Industries is not a startup. It is not looking for investors. It is not for sale. It is the sovereign root of an ecosystem that includes MABOS — a 602,000-line cognitive architecture built from scratch in Rust, Annex — a decentralized communication platform with zero-knowledge identity, and Ceridwen.ai — the exclusive global commercial licensee of MABOS.

  • Chief of Staff The founder's operational extension. Cross-venture coordination across all KI projects. 7+ years operations or executive support.
  • Operations Manager Day-to-day business operations — finance, vendors, facilities, compliance. 5+ years business operations.

IP & Legal

  • IP Licensing Manager Monitor and enforce the MABOS license across all deployments and licensees. 5+ years IP or software licensing.

Annex — Decentralized Communication

  • Backend Engineer — Annex Real-time messaging, zero-knowledge identity, federation protocols, encryption. 5+ years distributed systems.
  • Frontend Engineer — Annex Build the Annex client — fast, intuitive, decentralized communication. 5+ years frontend with real-time experience.
  • Infrastructure Engineer — Annex Federated server infrastructure, self-hosted deployment tooling, global latency optimization. 5+ years infrastructure.
  • Community & Trust Lead — Annex Trust and safety systems compatible with zero-knowledge identity. 5+ years trust/safety or community management.
