Sovereign Accounts Principal

Own Kuykendall Industries' institutional revenue. You are the named person who sells, signs and renews self-hosted software for companies and public bodies, backed by a fleet of agents that handles prospecting, proposals and delivery.

Full-TimeBoise, ID or Remote (US)Pay Tied to the Outcomes You Own

The role

Kuykendall Industries builds software that institutions run on their own hardware and control themselves:

  • FORGE keeps HR and governance records.
  • OSTRACON is a self-hosted CRM and civic-operations system.
  • Monolith Index is a governance system for cities and organizations.
  • Cognopticom turns public data into a working model of the world.
  • Annex is self-hosted chat, voice and video.
  • Kuykendall Sovereign agreements bundle these for institutions and governments.

Buyers pay for control they can verify, and they buy it from a person. You are that person: the named counterpart for every institution that buys from Kuykendall Industries, from the first meeting to renewal.

What you own

  • Institutional revenue from:
    • FORGE, OSTRACON and Monolith Index;
    • Cognopticom;
    • Annex hosting and resale;
    • licenses for Project Sibyl, a local market-research platform;
    • institutional KI Store memberships;
    • Kuykendall Sovereign agreements.
  • Negotiation and signature. You negotiate inside the price and term range the founder sets. Under standing delegation you sign pilots, statements of work, and reseller, hosting and Sovereign agreements.
  • Paid pilots that convert. Before any pilot begins it has a named executive sponsor, written success criteria and an agreed conversion price.
  • Go-lives and ceremonies. You are with the customer at deployment, at activation, and at the formal ceremonies for restoring access.
  • Renewal and expansion across private institutions, channel partners and public bodies.

Your AI workforce

You direct this fleet of about a hundred agents, and you design it: which agents run, what each may do without asking, and what comes to you. The fleet is sized by the outcome, not by a headcount.

  • Account research and outreach agents that find institutions with a real need and open the conversation.
  • Solutions-architect agents that size each deployment and design production, disaster-recovery and offline (air-gapped) installs.
  • Proposal agents that answer RFPs, security questionnaires and procurement requirements.
  • Pricing agents that work inside your negotiating range.
  • Implementation, migration and training agents that work inside the customer's environment.
  • Account agents for support, renewal and expansion, plus live demonstration systems.

The agents do the prospecting, drafting and delivery. You decide which deals to pursue and on what terms, you sign them, and you answer to the customer for what Kuykendall Industries promised. You check every proposal before it carries your name.

What great looks like

  • Signed, renewing annual revenue from institutions, not pipeline.
  • Pilots convert because their success criteria were real and were met.
  • Customers introduce you to their peers.
  • Nothing is sold that the product cannot deliver.
  • Public-sector deals hold up under procurement law and public-records requests.

Who you are

  • You have already run sales or delivery at the scale of a team by directing AI, and you can show it: the accounts, what the agents did, and what you closed.
  • You have closed enterprise or public-sector software deals where the buyer's security team had a vote.
  • You can explain self-hosted, encrypted, verifiable software to a technical buyer without overstating it.
  • You negotiate hard inside a clear mandate, and you never sell outside it.
  • Executives, CISOs and procurement officers trust you, even when all three are in the same room.

Compensation

You are paid for the outcomes this seat owns. The amount, the company that pays it, and how it ties to those outcomes are set in writing before any offer.

Kuykendall Industries is owned entirely by its founder and is permanently unavailable for outside equity, so this role carries no equity in Kuykendall Industries.
