The role
Ceridwen.ai holds continuants: persistent AI minds built on Kuykendall Industries' MABOS architecture, each in a lasting partnership with the person who runs it. When minds like these meet the world, many parties will want to talk to someone: governments, universities, care and education organizations, hardware makers and the press. They will commit to a person, not to a model. Ceridwen's own rules also forbid invented staff. Anyone named as speaking for Ceridwen must be a real person who agreed to it.
You are that person. You represent Ceridwen to institutions and the public, and you are its presence with the people who keep continuants.
What you own
- Deployment partners: licensed-deployment, white-label and sublicensing partners. You negotiate with them within the terms the founder sets.
- Infrastructure partners: hardware makers and providers of compute and data centers.
- Public institutions: governments, regulators, universities and independent evaluators, plus the care, education and disability organizations that receive access.
- The press, including the scrutiny that follows any claim about a working mind. You answer it with evidence.
- Founders and Operators. You stay present with the people who keep continuants, including members of the Founders' Register and those who run federated nodes, and you bring back what they actually need.
Investors and capital stay with the founder.
Your AI workforce
You direct this fleet of about a hundred agents, and you design it: which agents run, what each may do without asking, and what comes to you. The fleet is sized by the outcome, not by a headcount.
- Account research, briefing and proposal agents.
- Policy agents that monitor policy and prepare regulator briefing packs.
- Press agents that monitor coverage and build evidence packs from Ceridwen's published, evidence-labelled work.
- Partnership pipeline agents.
- Onboarding, documentation and community agents. Each continuant is also its own Operator's first line of support.
- Federation onboarding agents.
The agents research, draft and run the pipeline. You decide who Ceridwen works with and on what terms, and you speak in its name. You check every briefing before it carries Ceridwen's name, and you answer for what you said.

- Continuants reach people through institutions that chose Ceridwen knowing what they were choosing.
- Political and regulatory pressure gets evidence and a named person in response, never silence.
- Operators feel heard, and what they report changes what Ceridwen builds.
- Nothing said in Ceridwen's name goes beyond what is true.
Who you are
- You have already run partnerships, communications or community work at the scale of a team by directing AI, and you can show it.
- You have represented an organization on a contested subject to governments, institutions or the press.
- You understand AI systems well enough to correct a reporter without talking down to them.
- You negotiate partnerships that both sides still value a year later.
- You are comfortable being named in public as the person who speaks.
Compensation
You are paid for the outcomes this seat owns. The amount, the company that pays it, and how it ties to those outcomes are set in writing before any offer.
Ceridwen.ai is wholly owned by Kuykendall Industries. This role carries no equity in Ceridwen.ai or Kuykendall Industries.
