Consumer SaaS product

QuoteChecker.ai

Live commercial service

The consumer trust layer for contractor, auto, solar, and medical bills.

What It Is

QuoteChecker.ai audits the quotes and bills consumers are least equipped to fight: contractor work, auto repair, residential solar, and medical billing. Paste the quote or upload the document; the engine flags vague line items, bundled scope, and out-of-line pricing, and overlays region-calibrated benchmarks.

The 2.5 release extended the audit into a full advocacy engine: per-provider deep research, a multi-model scoring council, and a medical case-builder grounded in the federal 501(r) framework — nonprofit hospitals must publish financial assistance policies and cap eligible patients at Amounts Generally Billed. QuoteChecker turns that legal entitlement into a self-serve artifact.

Why It Exists

Every remodel, repair, installation, and hospital stay produces a document engineered to be too vague to challenge and too dense to read. QuoteChecker exists to invert that asymmetry — a mission-driven consumer-protection platform, not an ad network.

What Exists Today

  • Live in production with paying subscribers — free tier for instant audits, Pro tier for deep analysis
  • Four audit pillars: contractor, auto, solar, and medical
  • QuoteChecker 2.5 deep-research engine with a multi-model scoring council — no single model grades alone
  • 501(r) medical case-builder that drafts financial-assistance applications and overcharge appeals
  • Tamper-evident, hash-chained provenance ledger with a public verification endpoint
  • B2B API with signed webhooks, a creator affiliate program with automated payouts, and a public Wall of Shame

Current Operational Boundary

Live commercial service

Shipping continuously. The autonomous medical-debt negotiator is deliberately gated behind external licensing — the case-builder drafts the artifacts; the user sends them.
