Ceridwen.ai is the exclusive global commercial licensee of MABOS from Kuykendall Industries — the public-facing commercial entity through which sovereign cognitive architecture reaches customers. Kuykendall Industries holds the IP; Ceridwen.ai carries it to market. Even at 100% ownership of Ceridwen.ai, you would not own MABOS — you would own a license.
The product vision: your own sovereign AI brain that learns you over years, not sessions — an instance you own, with your data, your memory, your permissions.
Why It Exists
Separation of IP ownership and commercial delivery is the ecosystem’s load-bearing wall. It lets the architecture ship under a noncommercial license while commercial use flows through one accountable channel — and it means no acquisition of the vessel can ever capture the IP.
