Founding Growth Operator / Marketing & Sales Lead

The Mission
QuoteChecker.ai is a live, functional platform built to stop price gouging in the home remodel, solar, and auto industries. The architecture is finished, the tool is live, and it is already acquiring customers. The technical founder builds the systems. We need a Growth Operator to own the commercial engine and turn this architecture into a market standard for transparency.
The Role
This is a founding team position with total autonomy over revenue and customer acquisition. You are not a coordinator; you are the engine. You will report directly to the founder and be responsible for:
- Influencer & Community Deployment: Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with creators in the DIY, home renovation, and consumer advocacy spaces. You must be able to intercept customers at the moment of pain.
- B2B Partnership Sales: Identify and close high-value partnerships with real estate brokerages, mortgage lenders, and insurance adjusters. You will sell the “Trust Layer” as a value-add for their clients.
- Brand & Narrative Ownership: Define and defend the brand voice. You will manage the public-facing narrative across all channels to ensure the mission remains sovereign and high-signal.
- Zero-Budget Execution: Scale from current traction to 10k+ users without a traditional ad spend. You will use sweat equity, automation, and strategic leverage to drive growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, high-ticket sales, or growth-stage customer acquisition
- Influencer Management: Documented experience identifying, vetting, and negotiating with creators or niche community leaders
- Sales Proficiency: Comfortable with cold outreach, pipeline management, and closing complex B2B deals
- Systems Thinking: Ability to understand a complex technical product and translate its value into high-converting messaging for both consumers and businesses
- Sovereign Execution: You do not need a manager or a handbook. You see the objective, map the path, and execute
Note on Education
We do not care about your credentials. If you have a verifiable history of execution and can prove you have built, scaled, or closed, then degrees mean nothing. Your “Proof of Work” is the only metric that matters.

Compensation
This is a bootstrapped, high-upside role for a true operator.
- Aggressive Revenue Share: A high-percentage commission on all revenue you generate, paid out immediately to provide immediate cash flow.
